If you find it too challenging, be sure to do the seated option.
And just be aware, after a few times you'll get the hang of it and you'll be amazed what you can do.

Each of us is on our own personal journey, so choose the option that's right for you. Follow our instructions and we'll keep you safe as your strength, balance and confidence grows.

Before you start...

  1. Set up your exercise area with a sturdy straight-backed chair, preferably without arms.
  2. Check you have a clear area free of trip hazards.
  3. Set up your tablet, smart-TV, laptop or smartphone in a way that it is easy for you to see the screen without looking down.
  4. Wear appropriate shoes with a bit of support, a flexible sole, and not too heavy. No jandals, slippers, heels or boots please!
  5. Ideally have a resistance band on hand. Don't worry if you don't. Just do the moves without.
  6. Click play and just start!! Don’t worry if you can’t keep up or you miss a move – after a few times you will be amazed at just what you can do.
