This online fitness programme is designed specifically for older adults. But that doesn't mean it's boring or lacks challenge. Our moves are fun, educational and energising.  We guarantee you'll learn something new about how you sit, stand and move.

Discover You is made up of a series of video tutorials and choreographed workouts. We present it to you as a 28-day programme, but you can take as much time as you like to work through it. It's designed as 3 weekly sessions starting at 20 minutes and progressing to 50 minutes. But again you have the control to do as much or as little as you wish.

It will help improve your bone density, muscle strength, balance and day to day mobility. You'll look and feel better and be moving with increased confidence.

4 Simple Steps

Step 1:  Before you start, you'll be invited to take our self-assessment questionnaire to help identify your current fitness and mobility. We'll get you to revisit this as the weeks go by. This will help you stay motivated - you'll see just how much you've improved.

Step 2:  Each week watch a short video tutorial and read the written summary that goes with it. You can download this and print it out to refer to before each workout.

Step 3:  Make a plan to complete the 3 workouts relevant to that week's tutorial or focus. Don't feel you have to do the full workout. Even if it's only half of the workout, congratulate yourself - it's a step in the right direction.

Step 4: Look out for our emails guiding you through.
